“I found Andrew through a friend, I was very nervous going to see him the first time, but he is very relatable, which helps me be able to talk to him. He has helped me very much with dealing with my depression, anxiety and communication skills. He’s also helped with past traumatic experiences. He gives outstanding tools and resources to be able to help with these issues. I have had very positive results from his therapy sessions.”
Andrew (colleague of two years) is personable, empathetic, and compassionate as a clinician. His expertise in multiple therapeutic modalities ensures that each individual receives excellent support on their mental health journey.
“When I first met Andrew I was was in the darkest point in my life. He immediately made me feel comfortable, not expecting me to lead the conversation but also he didn’t force the conversation either. While our time was cut short due to insurance issues, he gave me and helped me practice numerous self-help strategies. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a rough patch.”
I have tried therapy many times in my life, but Andrew is the first therapist I truly “connect” with. He is insightful, patient and sympathetic. I happily and highly recommend him!
Coming from the girl who refused to talk to anyone.
“Mr. Andrew has been the only person to ever get me to EVER talk and open up about my life.” – K (minor child).
As a parent, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work Mr. Andrew has done with my three children. He has helped each of them process and understand significant events from their young lives with remarkable care and insight. His support has been truly transformative—he is nothing short of magical. Thank you, Mr. Andrew!
A year and a half ago I would never have thought I would have overcame all that I have. Andrew has helped me by giving me the tools to use to work on myself each and everyday. When I began therapy I had no idea what EMDR was. When I was told about it I thought no way could this actually work… When I tell you EMDR changed me, it did! Finally being able to process the trauma and abuse I have endured in my life has helped me not only get over it and put it behind me, but to also understand that it wasn’t my fault and that I don’t have to carry that on my shoulders anymore. I started therapy as someone who felt broken and unworthy, today I am walking proof that therapy helps, EMDR helps. If I hadn’t had such a dedicated therapist to truly help me and provide me with the right tools for me I can’t say I’d be where I am at today emotionally and mentally. Andrew is a wonderful therapist and I am grateful to be a client at his practice, some people are just meant for this line of work, he is one of them! I highly recommend him to everyone.
Andrew is a dedicated therapist. He consistently strives to support his clients in their journey toward better mental health.
My 9 year old son was having issues controlling his anger and his emotions. It got to the point that I felt like nothing I was doing was working with him (time outs, talking through his emotions, grounding, etc.). He would yell and scream, hit walls, say horrible things and sometimes even talk about hurting himself. I felt helpless trying to help him because no matter what I did I felt like it went in one ear and out of the other with him. I wanted to give therapy a try for him. Andrew really has helped my son so much I have seen such a change in him since he began seeing Andrew weekly over a year ago. Andrew has a great way with children he is able to get down to their level of understanding as well as making it a fun and entertaining environment. Isaac may go into therapy that day feeling down or upset about something, but usually he’s walking out of therapy feeling positive and laughing about some funny dad joke they were telling each other. Andrew truly has a way with children.
“Andrew has a kind and thoughtful approach to therapy that truly made a difference for my son. His ability to build trust and form a meaningful connection helped my son feel safe, heard, and understood.”
“Andrew has been instrumental in helping me navigate personal hardships and trauma. His care and level of expertise in administering EMDR treatment has helped me greatly in reprocessing grief and trauma, and letting go. I would highly recommend Andrew for counseling – no matter what you’re going through, he’s got your back.”
